Order Processing Times

For in-stock orders, please allow 1-3 business days to receive shipment confirmation.

Back Orders 

You will be notified by email within 3 business days if any item in your order is back ordered.

For back ordered items, please allow 7-14 business days to receive shipment confirmation. In some cases a longer lead time is required and you will be notified as soon as possible.

All items on your order will ship at the same time. Please let us know if your order contains a back ordered item and you would like the in stock items shipped first. We will be able to bill any additional shipping fees and get your partial order shipped promptly.

Shipping 

We ship worldwide! 

All items ship from our location in Holly Hill, FL, USA unless other specified. 

USA orders can be shipped with USPS or UPS. You can select your shipping speed in the checkout, note your order may ship with a different courier but the speed will be the same.

Canadian orders can be shipped with USPS which turns to Canada Post once it reaches Canada, or DHL Express shipping is available at checkout and allows fast delivery to 220 countries. Shipping prices do not include customs, duty or taxes. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Europe and all International locations can be shipped with DHL Express shipping is available at checkout and allows fast delivery to 220 countries. Lost or Damages Shipments

To protect your shipments against loss and theft, add Route shipment protections to your order. Without Route protection, Fabless Manufacturing LLC is not liable for lost or damaged shipments, although we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely.

Refused Packages

Any domestic orders that are refused or non-deliverable will be subject to a return handling fee and will be processed in accordance with our standard return policy.

Any international orders that are refused at the time of delivery will be subject to carrier abandonment of the package and will be discarded by the carrier. The customer will not be eligible for a refund or credit for their order and the products abandoned will not be retrievable.

Returns, Exchanges & Order Changes

Fabless Manufacturing LLC (‘Fabless’ & ‘Fabless Manufacturing’) reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time.

Returns

Submitting a return request is easy! Log into your customer account and navigate to the order your items are in that you wish to return. Follow the prompts and wait for our team to approve your return request and send return shipping instructions.

Fabless will accept returns for items within 30 days from the time the product was received.

Returns can be issued with a refund or store credit. Refunds are subject to a 20% restock fee. The restocking fee does not apply to store credits.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees. Original shipping is non-refundable (orders shipped with Free Shipping; the actual shipping charges will apply). All returned items must be new/unused, in the original packaging and have no missing hardware or pieces. Fabless reserves the right to deny a return if the items received do not meet the new/unused conditions. Please see list of non-returnable items below.

Non-Returnable Items

Crack Lock Tools, Engine Stands, Wiring Products, Clutch lines, Custom Orders (It is the customers responsibility to ensure the measurements and information given to us are correct. Orders are considered custom if they differ from the listing on our website which includes any alternate part coating or color, custom positioning of tabs or mounts and any fully custom piece such as, but not limited to, exhaust work, welding and fabrication services. Used Parts (we source our used parts from reputable places that test to ensure the parts are in good working order prior before being sold, but we do not guarantee the service life of used parts) & Clearance items (no longer stocked).

Exchanges

Fabless will accept exchanges for 30 days from the time the product was delivered. If a credit is due, a store credit can be issued or a refund can be processed with our 20% restocking fee applied. Fabless is not responsible for shipping costs and original shipping is non-refundable.

Order Changes/Cancellations

If you notice a mistake on your order or want to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact Customer Service right away. Order cancellations can be applied as a store credit or as a refund with our re-stocking fee applied. Order changes can be made easily as long as your order has not shipped.

The re-stocking fee does not apply to order changes that do not result in a refund, or if the balance is issued on a store credit.

Application, Fitment Issues & Fulfillment Errors

All application, fitment, fulfillment, damaged or missing items must be reported to Fabless Manufacturing as soon as possible. Please read individual sections below for specific details.

Fulfillment Errors

Quality is important to us at Fabless Manufacturing. If there is a mistake made on our end, such as a fulfillment error, please contact our customer service team so we can investigate and correct the mistake promptly.

Within 7 days, Fabless will cover the cost to correct any fulfillment errors, including shipping. 

Application/Fitment Issues

Customers are responsible for checking the compatibility section of each product page to ensure the parts are compatible with their vehicle. If you ordered the incorrect item, please refer to our return policy above.

If you wish to return a product that does not fit your vehicle and feel it is due to a description error on our website, please contact our customer service team and we will investigate your request immediately. If we find an error in our online listing or an error in information Fabless provided to you, we will correct the information promptly and waive the restocking fee on the returned product. You have 30 days to alert us of an application or fitment issue. On a case-by-case basis Fabless may cover shipping fees.

If we are able to offer a replacement item and it is a different price from the original, either a refund or an invoice will be issued for the price difference.
